HTML COURSE- Session 1

	Open FrontPage/Dreamweaver and type in normal mode word Home. Notice then formatting toolbar is very similar to any word processor. You will find buttons like Bold, Italic, Underline, etc. Freeze the mouse cursor over the button to see its description. Select your word "Home" and click the bold button. Then switch to HTML mode and examine the HTML tags. Determine which tags are responsible for making the text look bold. Go back to normal mode. Undo bold and click on Italic button. Switch to HTML mode to note which tags are formatting text bold. Proceed in similar manner, writing your observation below.

Type a few lines of text. At the end of each line hit Enter key or Shift and Enter. Notice the different spaces created between lines by those keys.

Insert table with one row and one column. Write down below all related tags.

Insert table with different numbers of rows and columns. Determine which tags are responsible for creating them.

In FrontPage Editor click on New button.
Do not type anything. Switch to HTML mode and make a note
of all tags in the column below. Skip the lines with <meta tags.
