Frame Effect
1	Open image With rectangular marquee select portion of the image that you would like to exclude from the frame Select > Inverse Right mouse button > Stroke...  10 px, and click OK Right mouse button > Layer via Copy Click on Add a layer style button and check Pattern Overlay... Click to open Pattern picker and try them all File > Revert, and repeat this exercise with different stroke colour (white)
2	Open image With rectangular marquee select portion of the image that you would like to exclude from the frame Right mouse button > Select Inverse Filter > Noise > Add Noise... Right mouse button > Layer via Copy Click on Add a layer style button and check boxes one by one observing result
